This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you share when you request a move through JLS Moving Solutions.
What we collect
When you submit a move request we collect your name, contact information (phone and email), unit number, and move details such as dates, move type, floor, and moving company. If you provide them, we also collect invoice and calendar recipient details, secondary contact information, and any notes you add.
Why we collect it
We use these details to schedule, coordinate, bill, and document your move — including confirming your move window, preparing building paperwork, and sending your invoice and calendar invite.
Who we share it with
To coordinate your move, we share relevant details with your building's management, with Google Calendar (for move-day invites), with Square (for invoices), and with our email provider (to send confirmations and paperwork). If you type questions to Belle, our automated assistant, those questions are also processed by our AI provider — only what you type into the chat is sent there, never your form submission.
How long we keep it
Move records are kept as part of our business records.
No selling of personal information
We do not sell your personal information.
